Product description
The Moonstone PVC wall panel, with its light, characterful stone-effect surface, gives any interior a modern, clean look, without grout or demolition.
Its whitish–light grey shade and finely textured pattern, reminiscent of natural stone, create an understated yet distinctive overall effect. The matt surface does not reflect, so it stays calm even across a large wall: it works well in bathrooms, bedrooms and offices alike, and pairs particularly well with wooden furniture and matt black accessories.
Technical features
- Sheet size: 2800 × 1220 × 2.7 mm, i.e. 3.42 m²/sheet
- Matt, tactile stone texture in a light grey tone
- 100% waterproof, mould-free and grout-free; also recommended for wet areas
- Heat-resistant up to 80 °C, wear-resistant surface
- Can be cut with a utility knife or a circular saw, and bonded without a backing board
Installation
It is fixed with PVC construction adhesive to the existing wall, to plasterboard, or to old tiles with a bonding primer, with no demolition. The sheets fit together without visible joints, so the wall reads as one continuous stone surface. A joining trim is available for the joints and an end trim to finish the exposed edges.
Cleaning
Clean it with a damp cloth and mild soapy water. The textured matt surface copes well with neutral cleaners, but do not use scouring products on it.
Frequently asked questions
How is it different from the White Limestone panel?
Moonstone is cooler, greyer in tone and more strongly textured; White Limestone is a warmer, whiter surface. Moonstone also differs in size: it is a 2.8-metre, 2.7 mm thick sheet.
Is it suitable for a shower?
Yes. The panel is fully waterproof and grout-free, so it can go on a shower wall, combined with a liquid waterproofing membrane.
How much area does one sheet cover?
3.42 m², so on an average wall with a 2.7 m ceiling height, one sheet covers the full wall height in a single piece.
